Refund Policy

Effective Date: 03/10/2026

 

At Activated Sports Performance, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and development programs. Due to the nature of our services and limited group sizes, the following refund policy applies to all programs, memberships, and services.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to Activated Sports Performance are final.
No refunds will be issued for:

  • Membership fees

  • Training packages

  • Camps or clinics

  • Tournaments or travel fees

  • Missed sessions

2. Missed Sessions

  • Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds.

  • Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are offered at the discretion of management.

  • Unused sessions do not roll over unless previously approved in writing.

3. Membership Cancellations

  • Membership cancellations require a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  • No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

  • Membership remains active during the notice period.

4. Injury Policy

If an athlete sustains a long-term injury (30+ days) that prevents participation:

  • A membership hold may be considered with medical documentation.

  • Holds are subject to approval and are not guaranteed.

  • Refunds will not be issued for injuries once services have been rendered.

5. Camps & Special Events

  • Camps, tournaments, and special events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Activated Sports Performance.

  • If Activated cancels an event, participants may receive either a refund or credit toward future services.

6. Payment Disputes

By enrolling in our programs, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered. Any billing concerns must be addressed directly with Activated Sports Performance.

7. Nonprofit DBA Disclosure

Activated Sports Performance operates as a DBA (Doing Business As) under Path to Purpose, a registered nonprofit organization (Tax ID: 33-2144400).
